St Gregory’s Church

St Gregory’s is located at the junction of Welcombe Road and Warwick Road (A439) to the east of Stratford. The Church is found on the right hand side as you enter the town along the A439. Parking is available around the St Gregory’s Road area or in the Leisure Centre car park on Bridgeway.

Driving

(Approx 10 to 15 min traffic dependant)

• Continue along the A439 road into town, the road takes a sharp left hand bend and becomes a one-way street. Move into the right hand lane as soon as possible heading for the town centre.
• At the end of the straight, once you have passed the Moat House Hotel (Holiday Inn), follow the road round to the right through
  the pedestrian crossing.
  
• Once through the pedestrian crossing keep to the left hand lane of the three as though driving towards the town centre.
  
• Turn left in front of The Encore (Beefeater) Pub. Drive all the way to the end of the road passing the theatre on your left.
  
• Turn right at the T-junction at the top of the road passing Hall’s Croft on your right.
  
• Take the first right after Hall’s Croft into Church St.
  
• The entrance to the car park is between The Windmill Pub and Windsor House (Stratford Registry Office) on the right hand side
  of the street, these are two white buildings; turn right just in front of The Windmill Pub.
  Walking (Approx 15 to 20 min walk)
  
• Leave the church from the main entrance and walk straight down the A439 into town with the traffic on your left; you will pass
  The Grosvenor hotel on your right.
  
• Cross the road when you reach the pelican crossing opposite the Red Lion Pub. From there use the zebra crossing by Mothercare followed by the pedestrian crossing to your right to take you
  onto Waterside.
  
• Continue straight on along Waterside passing the theatre on
  your left.
  
• Turn right at the T-junction at the end of the road. Hall’s Croft
  is on the right hand side about 100 yards from the turning.
